Shrug

My sister is in the hospital. She went in a couple days ago do to severe stomach pain. It is her Crohn's disease acting up and that means oral steroids and perhaps the second line of drugs. At least it wasn't a hole, a twist, or a few other disorders with strange names that go along with the disease. She had a whole year of pain free living. A piece of her colon is extremely inflamed and any time she eats the food has to pass by the inflammation. This is where the extensive weight loss comes in. I am not liking the oral steroid method. She will bloat up from that. Ugh!

My best friend is waiting on calls about the interviews she had. She got a message tonight but it was not really possible to tell how it went from the call. Perhaps tomorrow.
