So after the meeting I got up the courage to privately voice my concern about my position. Basically, for 15 hours a week I will be sitting in a classroom or lunchroom looking at a bunch of 6th-8th graders in a studyhall. It isn't that I don't do it now, but right now it is in the library and that has been the time I purchase, plan, and process. Now I will literally be sitting in a room doing nothing. The answer that I received was "we are in transition and you have to make a choice." Meaning, I do it or find something else. ughhh....
