What a sad day. I have watched to much t.v. and will probably not sleep tonight. The one thing I got from today worth remembering was from a father who did our chapel service this morning. His son went to our school as a child and is now in Afghanistan. He was due to get out last Sept., but had to do another year because of 9/11.
A year in 110 degree temps with spiders as big as your hand. This, to insure our right to be free to do whatever it is we do. Work, sleep, play, and dream in peace. A big thank you to those who risk everything so we can lead our lives of choice.
We are absolutely clueless to how lucky we are to be Americans.
