Been sitting on my fat arse immersed in coverage of the Tour De France. My obssession with exercise has been limited to television viewing. I just read an article on America and obesity. The Japanese are among the thin, while America and Europe are pretty much sitting around eating fast food.

So, I am off to Canada in a few days. Stop by the lovely city of Detroit (yuk) for a wedding and then we shall carry on. First up, Bastille Days downtown. G's favorite festival. Last year they did the storm the Bastille run, but this year we will just drink booze.
