I like Alanis, her anger and lyrics. I know some say she is too angry, but don't we all have a right to be what we are. I mean I don't relate at all to those happy cheerful people that run around and spread their joy to everyone. (or at least try to) Actually, artists, be it writers, musicians, painters, etc....have to have a bit of melancholy or it just wouldn't work. Unless you are certain pop artists who are manufactured.
How about those who are living one big false existence to please those who are walking around us. No big loss if we didn't actually. What makes us like this I wonder?
